Pets and Breed Restrictions: We welcome pets within the breed restrictions that are described in the Application.  Please check the Pet Policy included there.

The Application Packet should be completed by each Resident, Occupant, or Guarantor.  A guarantor is someone co-signing for an applicant, to assist him/her in qualifying, who is financially and legally responsible for the lease agreement. 

A $45.00 application fee is required for processing.  The application fee is non-refundable, and is required for each person 18 years of age or older who will be residing in the home.


APPLICATIONS CANNOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT APPLICATION FEES.  

A $100 holding fee is required prior to "holding" any property.  This money is applied to the deposit at move-in, and is refundable should your application be denied.

Please note that checks for fees are made payable to different property owners, based on address.  Please call the office at 859-266-0151 for complete application and payment instructions before writing a check or money order.  Ball Realty accepts cashier's checks, personal checks, and money orders. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.
